Working time you can rely on, without surveillance.
Calls gross and net, documentation and email, measured from events, with rules per client and a log for disruptions.

Sound familiar?
Your client doubts the number of hours, and you only have estimates.
Outages (CRM, internet, leads) eat up time and nobody records them.
How Leadmode solves it.
Four measured times
Call gross (dialling to hanging up), call net (answering to hanging up), documentation, email. From events, immutable segments, with no keyboard or screen monitoring.
Rules per project
What is measured, whether gross or net counts as working time, and a cap for documentation (default 15 minutes) and email (default 30 minutes).
Block report with disruptions
Up to 20 disruptions with reason, minutes and a required note. The server calculates the time delivered itself.
Quota in percent
Monthly hours per project with progress in the sidebar and the calendar. The way of counting is selectable: like the compensation, reported blocks, measured working time, net or gross.
Campaigns and person time
Campaigns with a period, target hours and leeway. For each project exactly one source counts, reported block values or measured segments, never both added together. Different people add up to person time.
Working day and time account
On the scheduling page you clock the start, break and end of your working day and see your time account. It complements the measurement of activities and doesn’t replace it.
Time in the client report
The ‘Time’ report block shows weekly delivery and total campaign separately. It reaches recipients only if you switch on ‘Show time delivered to recipients’.
